Streaming Amsterdam’s D Stone and Milion join forces this May for the sixth release on Cinthie’s 803 Crystal Grooves Collective Cuts imprint. Since the inception of the 803 Crystal Grooves imprint in 2018, Cinthie has been steadily unveiling her own material on the main label, while the sub-label Collective Cuts was inaugurated in 2019 as a platform for friends, associates and beloved producers in her circle. The past five releases on the platform have welcomed material from the likes of UC Beatz, Azuni aka Washerman, Anaxander, S3A (Sampling As An Art) and KETTAMA among others, while here the label welcomes some fresh talent from the Dutch capital, namely D Stone and Milion,who’ve been releasing their raw house sound on the likes ofHardlineMoscow Recordsand Cécillerespectivelyin recent years. ‘The Next Morning’ leads the EP, employing classic house tropes with smooth string melodies, twinkling synth chimes and choppy stab sequences, underpinned by a swinging drum groove, bumpy bass line and hooky vocal lines. ‘The Night Before’ follows and retains a similarly classic house aesthetic courtesy of a snaking bass melody, hypnotic spoken word vocals, crunchy saturated percussion and an amalgamation of organ melodies. ‘Floor Call’ then rounds out the release on a darker tip, flipping focus to murky bass swells, and skippy drums, intertwined with gritty stab sequences, Hammond organ tones and a loopy vocal chant.

"BlackFilter is the project of Pellegrino Mazzucchi, a percussionist, DJ, and producer residing in Modena, Italy. Pellegrino became passionate about music at an early age, thanks to the influence of his mother, a Fado singer of Indo-Mozambican descent, and his older brother, a DJ of Latin and World music who encouraged him to study Afro-Cuban percussion. Drums, or "Batuki" (as his mother called them when she was getting mad at him for the continuous rhythm that echoed through the house at all hours of the day), served as Pellegrino's first means of expression. He later expanded his sound palette through experimentation with analog synthesizers and drum machines. Heart Drives The Machine is the name of this aptly titled 4-tracker. This is an expansive techno record that touches on acid, electro, house and the aforementioned techno, all of it heavily imbued with influences from the American midwest, most notably Detroit - maintaining the long running connection between the Irish capital and the home of techno.
On opener Celestial Flame, Sweeney pitch-bends the acid as hard-hitting syncopated drums bring things back to earth with a gritty thump. Love Not Lost takes a more direct approach to 303-infused deep techno as soaring keys in the background make sure the soul of the machines is never far away as the song continues to ascend.

The album ignites with "DIE4U," a powerful homage to Prince's iconic "I Would Die 4 U." Moderna
reimagines the timeless sentiment – entirely self-produced and written in Berlin. Layered vocals, a

The title track, "The Future Is Among Us," embodies the collaborative spirit at the heart of the album.
Originally conceived before the album was complete, bringing bass lines and a percussive energy

creating together on the dance floor.
The album promises a vibrant blend of electronic and dark wave music, showcasing Moderna's
ability to weave together infectious dance floor anthems with deeper, more introspective moments.
This depth is evident in tracks like "Lost at Heart," a collaboration with post-punk artist Skelesys
that transcends genre with its raw emotional vulnerability. The album's ability to seamlessly shift
between these contrasting styles is a testament to Moderna's artistry and her ability to curate a

Moderna’s impressive career extends beyond this album. Beyond her solo work, she has showcased
her remixing talent on tracks for The Matrix 4 soundtrack and Curses' Next Wave Acid Punx
compilation, collaborated on four EPs with Mexican artist Theus Mago who also contributes to the
album on the dream wave serenade “Blades”.
The album will be released on her ‘Brave New Rave’ imprint which she established in 2019 from her

Moderna’s impressive career extends beyond this album. Beyond her solo work, she has showcased
her remixing talent on tracks for The Matrix 4 soundtrack and Curses' Next Wave Acid Punx
compilation, collaborated on four EPs with Mexican artist Theus Mago who also contributes to the
album on the dream wave serenade “Blades”.
The album will be released on her ‘Brave New Rave’ imprint which she established in 2019 from her

Available on limited vinyl and digital (IR006) Irish electro great Decal was digging back through the archives to find the original edit of Free The Flange for Sunil Sharpe's recent "Dreams Of Electric Bleep" compilation when he found a stash of old electro tracks from 1999-2004 that never quite made it onto any release.
"At the time I'd have been fairly upfront about wanting to release tracks that were faster than most and in a style that wasn't straight electro. Some of these tracks fell into a weird middle ground for me, so they got put aside. It had been 20 years since I'd heard any of them and on listening back I reckoned that time had been kind to them so I started remastering them and uploading to Soundcloud alongside some classic 12" releases from my label Trama Industries.
For me, it was interesting to hear sounds and techniques emerging on some later tracks that would form the basis of my later projects like Legion Of Two and Of One. I'd kinda forgotten about that. Huge thanks to Eddie and Intrinsic Rhythm for suggesting a release and believing in the project"

From his early gigs throwing parties as one of the first generation DJs in lasi since 1997, ARH continues to break boundaries as part of the Romanian resistance scene and numerous time portals as they open around Europe. His blistering, mind-bending sets such as at Berlin’s Tresor and Griessmuehle see the DJ with the red hand fuse pure Detroit electro and techno with the sounds of techno-bass, raw Chicago acid house, classics and futuristic beats. His mixes for Radio UR (Underground Resistance) and The Grid (Detroit Techno Militia) remain some of the best frequency transmissions to surface to air.

Making his first appearance on Ferox Records back in 1993 - Affie Yusuf has been producing techno, acid, and house music for over two decades, gracing heavyweight labels such as Force Inc. Music Works, Superstition Records, 909 Perversions and Chemical.
Affie is regarded as one of the most influential UK acid pioneers throughout the 1990's, releasing under his own name, and as part of House of 909 and Traffik with Trevor Loveys.
In the 2000's Affie & Trevor launched their label Tragic Magic, and founded the Machines Don't Care collective, alongside Sinden, Toddla T, Fake Blood, Detboi, Hervé, and Drop The Lime
Affie is also produces with collaborator Mr. C of the Shamen, and is resident DJ at London's long running 'I Love Acid' clubnight.
Born in Southampton on the south coast of England in the early 1970's, Affie Yusuf has established himself as one of the most important and influential pioneers of UK acid, techno and house, with a career that spans three decades.

This release was born of a cross country trip with an 808 drum machine by Thomas Ragsdale aka Winter Son, alongside Jozef K, resident of famed Manchester and Ibiza clubnight Sankey, as they join Perseus Traxx to hammer electricity out of machines. With itʼs rim shots and claps and other transistor rhythms reverberating across vast distances of space, side A is stripped back and deep from the outset, pushing forward as scattered tones, arpeggiations and disjointed voices leave their trails vanishing from perception. Side B tightens up from the previous reverbs and throws acid into the mix, as the two join Perseus Traxx and the sound becomes more raw and urgent as the three of them jam on their chosen machines.

The enigmatic producer provides 4 r&b flecked sample led tracks which borrow and take influence from the classic machine soul from Chicago, Detroit and NY. The EP kicks off with the musically rich " Fallin' " which uses melody and emotive machine and sample programming to welcome you to a brilliantly unique record. The title track " Time 4 Change " takes a classic tactile Chicago groove and concocts a deep hybrid of strings, evocative synth and vocal sample programming to take the listener and dancefloor to a deeper level. " Change Is Comin' " is next and takes influence from classic Gospel house music and uses classic drum machine programming combined with a chord driven lead to create a mesmerising twist on machine soul. Finally "One O' These Days" uses Boogie. New Jack Swing and Deep House variations to bring the listener through a classic song structure which builds from beginning to end. IR005 contains 4 tracks brought through the unique lens of the Westcoast Goddess and is available on limited vinyl through partner DBH and bandcamp only digital."

This will be John's first release under his own name for a number of years and also includes a remix by Michigan techno visionary John Beltran.
The EP kicks off with "A" where energetic skillful production combines with Chicago and Detroit influences to concoct a brilliant mix of styles very much focused on the floor.
Next up is 7C where melodic bass and chords merge together to offer a brilliant whimsical approach towards analogue music that only John has mastered over previous releases.
Following this is the brief and one of the most beautiful tracks on the EP entitled "DSI" where building strings engage with soft percussion and kickdrum interplay to pull the listener in to the musicality on show.

Available on limited vinyl and digital (IR006) Irish electro great Decal was digging back through the archives to find the original edit of Free The Flange for Sunil Sharpe's recent "Dreams Of Electric Bleep" compilation when he found a stash of old electro tracks from 1999-2004 that never quite made it onto any release.
"At the time I'd have been fairly upfront about wanting to release tracks that were faster than most and in a style that wasn't straight electro. Some of these tracks fell into a weird middle ground for me, so they got put aside. It had been 20 years since I'd heard any of them and on listening back I reckoned that time had been kind to them so I started remastering them and uploading to Soundcloud alongside some classic 12" releases from my label Trama Industries.
For me, it was interesting to hear sounds and techniques emerging on some later tracks that would form the basis of my later projects like Legion Of Two and Of One. I'd kinda forgotten about that. Huge thanks to Eddie and Intrinsic Rhythm for suggesting a release and believing in the project"

Ron Allen moved to Toronto in 1988 and became a pioneer of electronic music in Canada releasing his first record on Bigshot Records in 1989. Also a JUNO Nominated music producer, songwriter, and DJ. In 1991, Ron Allen and Hayden Andre formed legendary dance music label Strobe Records that was instrumental in developing the house and techno genres in the early 90’s.

Streaming Amsterdam’s D Stone and Milion join forces this May for the sixth release on Cinthie’s 803 Crystal Grooves Collective Cuts imprint. Since the inception of the 803 Crystal Grooves imprint in 2018, Cinthie has been steadily unveiling her own material on the main label, while the sub-label Collective Cuts was inaugurated in 2019 as a platform for friends, associates and beloved producers in her circle. The past five releases on the platform have welcomed material from the likes of UC Beatz, Azuni aka Washerman, Anaxander, S3A (Sampling As An Art) and KETTAMA among others, while here the label welcomes some fresh talent from the Dutch capital, namely D Stone and Milion,who’ve been releasing their raw house sound on the likes ofHardlineMoscow Recordsand Cécillerespectivelyin recent years. ‘The Next Morning’ leads the EP, employing classic house tropes with smooth string melodies, twinkling synth chimes and choppy stab sequences, underpinned by a swinging drum groove, bumpy bass line and hooky vocal lines. ‘The Night Before’ follows and retains a similarly classic house aesthetic courtesy of a snaking bass melody, hypnotic spoken word vocals, crunchy saturated percussion and an amalgamation of organ melodies. ‘Floor Call’ then rounds out the release on a darker tip, flipping focus to murky bass swells, and skippy drums, intertwined with gritty stab sequences, Hammond organ tones and a loopy vocal chant.

Heart Drives The Machine is the name of this aptly titled 4-tracker. This is an expansive techno record that touches on acid, electro, house and the aforementioned techno, all of it heavily imbued with influences from the American midwest, most notably Detroit - maintaining the long running connection between the Irish capital and the home of techno.
On opener Celestial Flame, Sweeney pitch-bends the acid as hard-hitting syncopated drums bring things back to earth with a gritty thump. Love Not Lost takes a more direct approach to 303-infused deep techno as soaring keys in the background make sure the soul of the machines is never far away as the song continues to ascend.

Dutch producer and DJ Easttown debuted in 2018 and has since gone on to release his modern interpretation of a classic
house sound via the likes of the powerhouse ElRow Music, Franky Rizardo's LTF Records, Folamour's House Of Love and
Amsterdam's NEED Music among others. Here, Easttown's latest collection of works comes via Nick Curly and Marc Scholl's
long running Cécille Records and sees the imprint continue to shine a light on the rising talents of the Dutch capital,
following on from EP's by D.Stone and Rooléh.
Leading the EP is title-track 'Chaos', laid out across six minutes with a rolling drum groove, swelling sub bass, an
amalgamation of choppy vocal cuts and swirling filtered synths lines. 'Passion' follows and retains a similarly loop led
aesthetic via a snaking low- end drive and crisp drums, intertwined with ever unfurling sweeping atmospherics and intricate
synth effects.
Opening the flip-side is 'Athletic', veering into more disco infused House territory via a funk tinged bass groove, orgnanic
percussion, jazzy keys, cinematic strings and resonant synth licks. 'Circles' then concludes the EP, laying down crunchy
drums and bouncy plucked bass notes with heavily delayed resonant stabs a hazy underlying atmospheric tension.

The wait is over and the underground viennese label Leap Records serves a brand
new international VA vinyl record and celebrates its 10th release. On board are
Federsen, Anton Kubikov, Mantsche and co-chef Alexander Wirth.
Side A is opened by viennese dub techno producer Mantsche. He released a 4-track
EP on Leap Records in 2021 and is known for his timeless and reggae-influenced
records. Ras Tawny accompanies him vocally.
In addition, the internationally renowned artist Federsen, based in San Francisco, is
featured on the A side. Federsen is a household name for everyone in the scene and
with his analogue equipment and wide music knowledge he brings the Maurizio
flavor back to the present.
Side B represents Anton Kubikov. His music career started in 1994 and Anton
Kubikov has many vinyl releases to date, for example on the labels Tracks, Trapez,
Salo and many others. At this time Anton Kubikov shares the beauty of dub techno
chords, accompanied with a crisp and juicy bass drum.
The last track is a mix of the co-founder of the well-known Innsbruck club Tante
Emma Alexander Wirth and Mantsche. In this case, the Alpine Innsbruck and Vienna
meet and the result is a mix of sunrise dub house with soulful vocals and the extra
vibe of the Round one to five series, which has its origins in the 90s.
